Check-in and Weigh-ins:

​Check-in from 7:00 am to 8:30 am
Weigh-Ins from 7:00 to 8:30 am
​Compulsory rules briefing at 8:30 am
​Lifting begins at 9:15 am

​Awards:

​Award ceremony will commence within 40 minutes after completion of all lifting on all platforms.

The following awards will be given:
Best overall male lifter based on IPF points.
Best overall female lifter based on IPF points.
Best overall male master lifter, based on IPF points (if there are 4 of more male master lifters, this will be a trophy, otherwise it will be a medal).
Best overall female master lifter, based on IPF points (if there are 4 of more female master lifters, this will be a trophy, otherwise it will be a medal).
Best overall male junior lifter, based on IPF points (if there are 4 of more male junior lifters, this will be a trophy, otherwise it will be a medal).
Best overall female junior lifter, based on IPF points (if there are 4 of more female junior lifters, this will be a trophy, otherwise it will be a medal).
Best overall male teen lifter, based on IPF points (if there are 4 of more male teens, this will be a trophy, otherwise it will be a medal).
Best overall female teen lifter, based on IPF points (if there are 4 of more female teens, this will be a trophy, otherwise it will be a medal).

Medals will be awarded for first through third place in each division, each weight group in each event.

Eligibility and rules:

​All participants must be current USAPL members. (Register online: USAPL Membership Application)
Minimum 10% of participants will be drug tested by urinalysis.

​Required equipment:

1.       Singlet

2.       T-shirt (100% cotton, no V-neck, no pockets)

3.       knee-high socks for the deadlift

4.       brief-type non-supportive underwear

5.       athletic shoes.

A new Rule worth mentioning: All males and females have to wear t-shirts during deadlift.

Optional for raw competition: belt; wrist wraps; and neoprene knee sleeves. See rules and approved list at www.usapowerlifting.com.
